Heart of Mindful Eating Virtual Class
In The Heart of Mindful Eating program, you will be introduced to mindfulness and how it changes the way you eat and relate to your body. Use a tool called the BASICS of Mindful Eating to guide you along the way. In addition, learn to use hunger and satiety cues to start and stop eating, to soothe your emotions without food, to connect to your body with compassion, and to savor your food for the greatest enjoyment. Largely experiential, this program will leave you with a greater appreciation for eating, a feeling of gratitude for your body, and the desire to take care of your body with joy.
*$50 for all four classes.
We will meet virtually, Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm, starting January 26th.
