Nutrition
Shea is a native Texan that moved to Central Pennsylvania a decade ago. She studied nutritional sciences at Texas Christian University and received her Masters in Dietetics from the University Kansas Medical Center.
Shea became interested in nutrition because of her love of helping people and love of food. She is passionate about helping people find food they enjoy that also takes care of their body. She strives to make healthy living attainable for each of her clients and believes tasty food and healthy food can go hand in hand.
Shea believes true, healthy, and sustainable diet change happens through lots of small changes over a long period of time. Her goal is to help her clients find a way of eating they can maintain. She encourages her clients to be gracious and kind towards themselves and their bodies as they make these changes, understanding that change is challenging.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, camping, and cooking.
Shea works with individuals who want to make healthy changes to better care for their body.
