Kristin Gardner, M. Ed.
Kristin enjoys working with children, teens, adults and families to help navigate through difficult circumstances of life. She comes alongside to encourage and equip individuals by using a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and positive discipline techniques.
Kristin graduated with a Master’s of Education in School Counseling from Shippensburg University and with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Millersville University. She spent many years working in public and private Christian schools with students to support them in their academic, personal, and social lives. While working with students and after becoming a parent, God placed it on her heart to help parents struggling with their children’s behavior and emotions. She has a certification in Positive Discipline as a Parent Educator with hopes to coach parents in learning new techniques and strategies to aid in their child rearing. She welcomes working with children, teens and parents.
Kristin enjoys raising her 3 sons with her husband, cheering them on in their sports adventures, working out while teaching Youth Strength classes at the YMCA, reading, and taking walks with her dog.
Kristin supports individuals and families through life’s challenges using various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and positive discipline.
